I am a food blogger, restaurant  critic  and global food explorer. I was  born and raised in Germany, lived and cooked in the Netherlands, traveled extensively through Europe. I had the good fortune of living with families in India and Nepal, getting hands -on experience helping preparing their daily meals .

I am also available for cooking classes , as a guest chef for hire and as a food consultant. I am the co-owner of a commercial kitchen with a wood fired baking oven, located on our home property.
